THE COMPANY
I'm happy to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager to join a travel organisation and help develop their CRM team and strategies.
THE ROLE
Leading a small team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of CRM to develop and execute CRM and Loyalty strategies across all product offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for CRM Managers with experience in implementing CRM strategies from concept to deployment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience working with A/B testing (client segmentation and email campaigns).
* Experience managing a team.
* Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
