Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Director to join our dynamic team at OddBalls. The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce with a proven track record of driving growth and optimising performance across marketplace channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Marketplace Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace channels, ensuring product listings are optimised for maximum visibility and conversion.
* Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase market share across all marketplace platforms.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyse trends, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Partnerships: Manage relationships with marketplace partners and stay informed on platform updates and best practices.
Subscription Management:
* Strategy Development: Work with senior OddBalls team to deliver subscription strategy.
* Retention Strategies: Implement retention strategies such as personalised communications, loyalty rewards, and exclusive content to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
* KPI Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs related to subscription growth, churn rate, customer lifetime value, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce with experience of managing online marketplaces.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
* Self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in platforms such as Recharge, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Excel.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
