We are seeking to appoint a permanent, part-time Customer Information Assistant 18.5 hours for our Adult Learning Centre at Beverley. This is an interesting, demanding and varied role that requires resilience and the ability to multi-task.
You will be helping people to make decisions about learning and development opportunities. You should be target focussed and prepared to contribute to the planning, development and organisation of activities that support the centre to achieve its specified targets.
You should have experience of dealing with customers in a face to face and telephone situation and be confident in your approach. You must be flexible with your working hours and able to work when our adult learning classes are delivered. We do not operate on a termly basis and our programmes are delivered to support people of all ages and abilities.
Hours will be during term time, Wednesday 10:30-17:30, Thursday 13:00-19:00 and Friday 09:00-16:00 (occasional Saturday morning cover may be required). Additional hours may be available during peak enrolment times so ideally we are looking for someone who is able to be flexible.
