You will work on multiple electronic system projects, focusing on the design, development, and validation of electrical and electronic systems to meet both regulatory and customer requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance performance, reduce emissions, and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Select suitable electronic components and participate in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Provide technical support, addressing queries related to pinouts, schematics, and software functionality.
Investigate and troubleshoot reported quality issues.
Perform system verification testing of components and software features.
Degree-qualified engineer with a strong foundation in systems engineering activities, or HNC/NVQ Level 4 with relevant experience.
Proven experience in electronic system integration, including fault finding and design at signal levels (e.g., Expertise in defining electronic features, creating technical specifications, and coordinating development.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within local and global teams.
Experience with off-highway electronic control systems or comparable industries (e.g., automotive, marine, military).
You may come from industries such as automotive, off-highway machinery, marine, aeronautical, or military equipment development. Experience with leading OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or specialist engineering firms is highly valued.
