Requirements
To be considered for the Year 1 Primary Teacher role, you will:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons that align with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
2. Focus on phonics instruction using the Read Write Inc. program.
3. Promote fun and creative ways to develop a Reading for Pleasure through engaging and innovative teaching strategies.
4. Prepare and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
5. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
