Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth knowledge of available homes, community amenities, and local area features. Develop a strong rapport with potential buyers, ensuring their requirements are met with suitable property options Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the buying process, from initial inquiry to contract signing. Manage the sales pipeline and keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system. Provide personalized advice and recommendations on home features, financing options, and property specifications. Marketing and Promotion: Promote new home developments through various marketing channels including social media, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive promotional materials and campaigns to increase sales. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate offers and sales terms in line with company policies and the customer’s needs. Close deals efficiently, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Customer Service and Aftercare: Provide outstanding post-sale customer service, handling queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Maintain relationships with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Market Knowledge: Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Key Skills & Experience: Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the property, retail, or customer service sectors.
