Job Title: Senior Project Surveyor – Regeneration Development

As part of an ambitious regeneration project in London, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Surveyor to join their team. This large-scale project aims to transform the area, delivering a range of residential units and community facilities, and redefining urban living in one of London’s most exciting development areas.
The Role:
As a Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of the project, working closely with our commercial, construction, and design teams. Your responsibilities will ensure cost efficiency, adherence to budgets, and high-quality delivery of this landmark regeneration scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of London’s most significant residential developments and help shape a thriving community space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all cost-related aspects of the project, ensuring financial control and adherence to budgets.
* Conduct feasibility studies and assess project risks to provide accurate financial forecasts.
* Prepare and evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage sub-contractor relationships.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
* Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely delivery while managing cost and quality requirements.
* Provide detailed reports to senior management on project status, variances, and financial performance.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Surveyor within residential or mixed-use developments.
* Strong understanding of the UK housing sector and experience with large-scale regeneration projects.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management and cost management software.
* MRICS or similar qualification (preferred).
