SEO Content Executive
As Wild’s SEO Content Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing Communications Director to analyse the SEO performance of our clients’ websites, make strategic recommendations, and create content that converts.
You will also work alongside wider team members to ensure that we maximise opportunities by providing an integrated approach to our services to maximise ROI for our range of clients.
We seek an effective communicator confident enough to present ideas, results, and analysis to clients when needed, and has the ability to communicate with colleagues to drive ideation and progress.
Specific Role Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement SEO focused content that drives relevant traffic to our client’s websites across their landing pages and blogs.
* Consider SEO best practice and user experience when crafting content to deliver on the clients' objectives.
* Research into client keywords and their competitors to undertake a strategic approach to content creation.
* Working closely alongside the Senior PR Manager to provide insights to support the creation of PR campaign briefs to outline measurable objectives e.g. current keyword performance and develop an integrated strategy for onsite and off-site activity.
* Regular review of content performance to identify opportunities for further optimisation, content removal, or utilisation across other platforms.
* Undertake client and competitor keyword research to support ideation.
* Measurement of content performance in monthly client reporting.
* Monitor industry trends and consider how these can support your client’s strategies, e.g., trending search topics such as EEAT and topical authority.
* Present industry updates to the internal team to ensure best practices across the agency.
Wider Role Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with clients to ensure timely updates and management of accounts, in particular requesting information well in advance of deadlines.
* Ensuring project management tools, such as Productive, and housekeeping on client folders and documentation are up to date.
* Having accountability for understanding client strategies and deadlines.
* Undertake at least one weekly backlink review for client coverage, which may have been missed on media monitoring.
* Competitor analysis to support the ongoing performance of client accounts.
* Working alongside the Social Media Manager to maximise driving traffic to onsite content.
* Support across the wider team where necessary to achieve client deliverables.
* Continued optimisation of meta information and internal linking for Wild PR.

About you
You will be a confident communicator who can articulate your recommendations, supported by your knowledge and expertise of SEO best practices.
* At least two years of experience in an SEO/content-related role.
* Google Analytics & Google Search Console experience is a must (certifications desirable, but can be provided by Wild).
* Experience using SEO tools such as SERanking, SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
* Ability to analyse data and refine strategy based on results.
* Excellent written skills as the role will involve a primary focus on content writing.
* Proven experience of adaptable writing style for different clients.
* Demonstrable results in spotting trending topics and acting upon them.
* Agility and flexibility to work in a small, fast-moving team.
* Proactive, driven and have the confidence to communicate these ideas with the client services team and directly with clients.
* You have drive and ambition for progression.
Location and working hours
Wild PR is a remote-first business with co-working space available at HUB26 (Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire) and Landing Pad (Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park, South Yorkshire).
However, we expect the successful candidate to be within commuting distance of these locations. The role will also entail visits to client sites to create content.
Our standard hours are 37.5 hours per week, and we offer flexible working arrangements to enable you to make the most of your career and personal commitments.
