We're currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Newcastle under Lyme team. This vital role supports our Customer Operations hiring initiatives across the UK & Spain. As a Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face that candidates interact with, building rapport and setting them up for success, as well as collaborating effectively with hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. From initial outreach to onboarding, you’ll deliver a professional, personalised experience that showcases Bally's commitment to its people, and makes us a standout choice for candidates. So, what will you be doing?
* Delivering effective full-life-cycle recruitment and onboarding for customer operations across the UK & Spain.
* Conducting engaging screening calls and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
* Coordinating interviews and ensuring the applicant tracking system (ATS) is maintained and updated throughout the process.
* Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
* Collaborating with the Candidate Experience team to source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
* Supporting the wider team with offer documentation and onboarding candidates, ensuring necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are complete.
And what are we looking for?
* Have experience in high-volume recruitment, within a fast-paced environment.
* Have experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
* Possess the ability to assess candidate profiles to make efficient hiring decisions.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable communicating with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
* Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and team members.
* Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
