What You will Do: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of around 35 professionals, focusing on driving revenue and profit growth. Ensure exceptional performance by setting and achieving SLAs, collaborating with key stakeholders to continuously improve processes. Take ownership of the P&L for the business unit, managing financial forecasting and ensuring delivery within budget. Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in line with McCarthy Stone’s values. Collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all activities are legally compliant and adhere to best practices. Champion change and growth by developing clear proposals for business improvements and process optimisations. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive success across the business. Your Attributes You will bring: A degree-level education or equivalent business experience. Proven track record in managing administrative teams, ideally in property or customer-focused industries. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams. Expertise in project scoping, stakeholder management, and driving business change. Ability to map processes, manage data effectively, and ensure operational efficiency. Experience balancing competing priorities, using data to drive decisions, and working to targets/SLAs. A highly organised, results-oriented approach to leadership. You will have: Demonstrable experience of utilising data to drive performance and working to targets/SLAs (ideally also experience identifying need for and setting up new KPIs) Demonstrable experience of balancing competing requirements, prioritising, and deprioritising activities Demonstrable experience building strong relationships with team and with peers.
