Service Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
Full-time office working in Droitwich
Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (30 minute lunch)
Temp-perm opportunity
Pay Rate: Between £11.79- £12.31 per hour dependant on experience
We are looking for an candidate with excellent organisational skills, who has a keen interest in the IT sector. If you have experience in stock allocation and working with a variety of systems, this could be the role for you!

Service Coordinator - Duties & Responsibilities:
* Controlling, managing and allocating stock.
* Liaising daily with internal departments to ensure everything is up to date.
* Managing customer inventories in line with what has been agreed.
* Requesting and booking Engineers to site as and when required.
* Raising orders for parts and obtaining accurate PO numbers.
* Producing volume reports.
Customer Service Administrator - Skills & Requirements:
* Proven administration and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
* Experience in stock control and IT is preferred.
* High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
