Location: Nationwide (frequent travel and overnight stays required)

About the Company:
We are working with a well-established company that has specialized within duct cleaning operations nationwide for over 40 years. The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee its nationwide field staff and service delivery. They are looking for a proactive leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee over 40 field technicians, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operations.
3. Develop strategies for efficiency, profit improvement, and cost reduction.
4. Manage warehouse and fleet operations in the North and South.
5. Liaise with departments to achieve Operational Excellence.
6. Recruit, onboard, and manage field staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
7. Handle customer complaints and enhance customer service quality.
8. Implement and monitor quality control methods.
9. Ensure legal compliance in all processes.
10. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
2. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
3. NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
4. Knowledge of industry guidelines (e.g., TR19 Grease/Air & HSG274).
