A lady living in Duns is looking for a small team of Personal Assistants to support her with some social support. She has a physical disability and uses a self-managed electric wheelchair to mobilise. She has a keen interest in art and likes live music. She is looking for a couple of reliable PA’s who would support her with her interests and be able to offer some flexible blocks of support each week to help her engage in her local community. This may involve getting out and about in the local community and going for a coffee, to the shops, bank etc as well as occasionally longer days planned for trips using transport support a little further afield. There will also be some times support is just in the home and supporting her with organising things around her home and helping her with her hobbies. This is purely social support and the PA does not need to be trained or experienced with Moving and Handling or personal care. Role suitable for male or female PA.
