Role Overview: As a Payroll Advisor, reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Maintaining employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data is always up-to-date. Handling data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status. Analysing payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues swiftly. Collaborating with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Providing assistance with accounts payable functions when required. Generating payroll reports for management review. Offering support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
