Job summary Specialty Doctor in Child Looked After Health Service (CLAHS) 2 PAs, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and innovative Child Looked After Health Service (CLAHS). We are looking for a passionate and dedicated doctor to help provide high-quality health assessments for children looked after, and adult medical assessment reviews for foster carers and prospective adopters. This permanent position offers 2 PAs and is ideal for someone looking to add to an existing clinical role. You will play an important part in ensuring children looked after receive the best possible care. If you're interested in making a difference, we'd love to hear from you Main duties of the job Reporting into the Clinical Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Undertake health assessments and complete reports for children looked after Deliver CLAHS clinics Complete adult health assessment reports from examinations undertaken by GPs for prospective carers, for Sheffield City Council Fostering services and for the Regional Adoption Agency. Maintain continuing responsibility for the patients in your care and for the smooth functioning of the department.
