Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Team to support the identification and delivery of digital solutions. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the Digital Team, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business teams to understand their objectives and pain points, aligning digital solutions to meet these requirements.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of remote and onsite work at our Stafford office (typically 4 days remote, 1 day onsite, subject to business needs). The successful candidate should be available to start immediately or shortly thereafter.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and analyse business problems to align digital solutions with business objectives.
Define and articulate clear digital requirements for delivery and service leads.
Foster effective collaboration between multiple business stakeholders and the Digital Team.
Support the creation and development of compelling digital business cases.
Provide valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences to influence digital product design.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through digital tools and technologies.
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
Oversee and provide guidance to a Digital Developer.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst or similar role.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable digital strategies.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies, with the ability to apply innovative solutions to business challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience in managing or mentoring team members is desirable.
