Sitting within the Community pillar of the Marketing team, the focus is on raising awareness through meaningful storytelling and experiences – ultimately driving business results. The focus of the role is on the UK market – but with an advisory and supportive element for our new markets (US for now, others as needed). This role supports across the entire Community function, playing a central role in building effective marketing campaigns for the company’s products and services working across Consumer PR, Executive Comms, Influencer Marketing and Ambassador relations, as well as supporting the roll out of events both in and out of house. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for creating and ensuring the implementation of a PR and Influencer strategy that drives our brand and business targets (with accountability to specific KPIs) Responsible for managing our PR agencies and ensuring that their activities drive business results Guide on our influencer tactics, supporting the Community Coordinator in the management of product send outs Handling Influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision Responsible for writing briefs that deliver on your objectives Responsible for running our affiliate program, as it relates to PR and Influencers, including achieving revenue targets, maintaining budgeting and profitability, etc. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on all spend, campaigns and events Requirements WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE Minimum 2 years expereince in a PR role A consummate PR professional, commercially astute with strong industry awareness. Proven track record of delivering against all aspects of PR and Influencer strategy and KPIs. Excellent self-awareness, communication, negotiation, networking and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience in a multi-channel retail business. Experience and understanding of event logistics and delivery. Resourceful, creative, resilient and entirely flexible: thrives on positive change. A strong understanding of the key skills, deliverables and challenges of PR and Influencer, with evidence of delivering continuous improvement. Willingness to own and drive your personal development plan, and open to asking for and accepting feedback on performance. Passion, energy and aspiration in line with Finisterre values, products, brand and customers. Knowledge of and adherence to all the company’s policies, procedures and BCorp certification standards. We’ll invest in you with a competitive salary, circa £30,000 - £33,000, depending on your skills and experience. But it’s not just a job.
