Job summary The Clinical Nurse Manager in the Paediatric Emergency Department (PED) is a pivotal role in the clinical leadership and management of nursing and emergency care. As an experienced Nurse, Leader and Manager you will lead a group of Paediatric Nurses and Emergency Care Nurses (RN Adult) to deliver outstanding care for children/young people and their families. You will promote a multi-disciplinary approach to care and work collaboratively with other professionals within the department and maintain a strong operational link to other areas of the emergency and urgent care departments/pathways.
