Responsibilities:
* Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher
* Assisting with lesson preparation and planning
* Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support
* Helping to create a positive learning environment
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to teaching
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Demonstrated passion for education and working with students
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Previous experience in a teaching or educational support role is desirable
* Understanding of classroom dynamics and effective teaching methods
* Ability to support students with varying learning needs
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a classroom setting
* Full-time hours with occasional weekend or evening work required
* Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff
