About Us
At Brain in Hand, we believe in the power of a neurodiverse society. Autistic and ADHD individuals bring unique strengths, but too often face barriers in education, employment, and health outcomes. That's not okay, and we're here to change it.
Our mission is simple: to help neurodivergent people reach their full potential so the world can benefit from their unique contributions. As experts in coaching autistic and ADHD people, we help them manage overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and feel more organised so they can achieve more. We provide a personalised and practical coaching experience, with human support and technology designed to work seamlessly together for better results. We're there to support 24/7, and adapt to each individual, because no two people are the same.
What sets Brain in Hand apart is our diverse team. Over half of us are neurodivergent, so we truly understand the challenges we're helping people overcome. This drives our inclusive approach to everything we do, from app-design to practical guidance, ensuring everyone feels seen and supported.
Guided by our values, we are unashamedly ambitious, passionately innovative, bravely collaborative and pragmatically supportive. Since 2013, we've empowered over 25,000 users. Our work is grounded in science and proven by real-world impact.
