SRUC (Scotland's Rural College) offers a variety of facilities and services across its five campuses. The Campus Estates Services at SRUC manage and maintain these facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors.
About the opportunity
In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Campus Estate Services operational team. You will Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Campus and Estates (C&E) and assist other team members within the C&E department.
Duties will include;
* Office Management: Oversee general administrative services and manage routine events, meetings, reports, and billings for the Campus & Estates Management Team.
* Administrative Support: Provide operational support to ensure consistent management of Campus & Estates Services across SRUC.
* Daily Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the Campus & Estates Management Team, including coordinating documentation related to compliance, maintenance, and statutory recording. Liaise with internal and external contacts.
* Time-Sensitive Administration: Perform necessary administrative tasks for various time-sensitive and essential activities.
