We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Trainee Store Managers to provide an attentive and efficient service and be the Store Manager in the future.

As a hands-on Shift Manager, you will be cultivating and leading a fantastic team who share the same passion for serving the guest the very best possible way. Carrying the mindset of beating the convention every day, you will bring fresh operational ideas and create a vibrant environment, engaging the team to boost sales and customer experience at every tick of the clock.
As a Trainee Manager, you will be working in operation for 12 weeks to learn the core of business. After completion of 12 weeks, we will review your progress and you will be given 4 weeks of management training. Once completed, you will then start your journey as a Shift Manager.
In the General Manager’s absence, you will be in charge of all operations. You will never accept second best.
In this role, you will be empowered to run Munchies day to day activities as you own it. You’ll be just as good with forecasting issues before they happen as you are with the team, and just as comfortable on the grill as you are delegating the task to others.
It’s a big job. But if you’ve got what it takes to deal with the responsibility it brings – who knows how far you’ll go.

Salary : £22,000 - 27,000
At completion of training and on appointment as the Shift Manager, the starting salary will be £27,000.
