Our client, global providers of Oil & Gas equipment are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join their established team on a full-time and permanent basis. Role: Operations Administrator Contract: Full-Time & Permanent Location: Portlethen Hours : Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm 37.5 per week (Based full-time on site) Duties: Prepare invoices and shipment paperwork Process inspection reports Raise POs and liaise with suppliers Work closely to support with Operations, Inspections and Workshop/Yard teams Arrange collections from suppliers Support with end of month invoicing Filing/scanning Answering telephone Requirements: Previous experience within a similar role is essential to be considered for this position
