Job Description:
Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator / Administrator
Monday – Friday
Brakes NDC Grantham
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator / Administrator to join us on a permanent basis at our Grantham Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can develop into the first step of management.
Working within our Resolutions team you will be an integral part of our Warehouse Operation, dealing with Suppliers and Stakeholders within the business to ensure stock is received, recorded and dispatched correctly and in a timely manner. Daily, you will liaise directly with our internal Warehouse, Customer service and Finance teams. You will also coordinate inventory, update reporting/costings, and monitor end-to-end delivery to ensure all logistics on-site runs smoothly.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to produce Excel-based charts and tables, mainly using standard templates. You will handle stock inventory duties where required and assist with quality control of reports, files, and documentation. Ensure outstanding documents from Depots and Suppliers are received and resolve any anomalies. Additionally, you will handle customer calls in a polite and empathetic manner, working with our Customer service team to resolve issues. Liaise with other departments and negotiate solutions to complex delivery issues while maintaining effective working relationships within our Export Business. Experience working with SAP, WMS, and Pickface Locations would be preferred but is not essential.
In addition to a competitive monthly salary, 31 days annual leave (including statutory) and company pension, you can also look forward to the following benefits:
* Wagestream – Access to an app that gives you early access to your earned salary and supports financial wellbeing
* The option to purchase additional annual leave
* Help at Hand - Access to 24/7 GP appointments, physiotherapy, and a range of health and wellbeing services for you and your family
* Life assurance
* Access to Sysco Perks offering discounts across a wide range of products and services – from gym membership to your weekly supermarket shop
* The ability to purchase our products at hugely discounted prices
* Heavily subsidised colleague canteen
