Game Nation is now recruiting for TWO Service Engineers to join us in East London.
You will effectively prioritize and manage machine breakages, repairs, and installations of all gaming equipment, liaising with the relevant Regional Manager on a regular basis to better understand the needs across the area/region.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the response time/completion of service calls are within the target set.
2. Carry out Portable Appliance Tests and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits according to Company or customer schedules, ensuring that the necessary documentation is completed. Carry out PC Swaps and Project Updates as required.
3. Control and replace the spares issued to you in accordance with laid down procedures.
4. Carry out Installation Pre-wiring as required.
5. Carry out machine installations, changes, and removals as required.
6. Carry out cleaning of the machines inside and out.
7. Carry out venue layout changes or machine changes.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the successful candidate will have experience with electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis, repair work, and installation, possess a full driving license, and be familiar with the physical installation of equipment.
