About the Role: The successful candidate will: Mentor, support, and inspire learners through curriculum-based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities. Assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to delivering learning objectives, with a strong focus on behaviour management. Provide daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning. Regularly interact with parents/caregivers to support student development. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant in an SEN setting. A valid UK driver's licence and access to a car (due to the location of the school). A committed and passionate approach to supporting students with SEND. Desirable but not Essential: QTS/QTLS qualifications.
