The Job Role
1. Operations Director to oversee 4 - 6 Operations Managers
2. Manage the client experience, mobilise new business and retain existing business.
3. Recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
4. Reporting to the Regional Director
The Requirements
1. Experienced contract catering Senior Operations Manager with experience in managing 40+ contracts
2. Strong people manager with experience of managing 4+ regional operators
3. Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering at a senior level is essential.
4. Self-starter with a passion for people development.
5. Strong commercial acumen.
The Location
Location: Manchester - Scotland, a regional ‘road based’ role within the above area.
