We are looking for a collaborative individual to be at the heart of delivering our transformation change agenda. About the role The Transformation department is a team of independent Programme & Change Managers who ensure the successful set up and delivery of our 7 transformation programmes. As a programme manager within this team, you will work for a Senior Programme Manager and be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of the complex change. Responsibilities include: Bringing structure, discipline and control to a programme to ensure excellence in delivery in terms of cost, time and quality Management of risks, issues, assumptions and decisions Identification and management of dependencies within and between programmes Ensure the programme utilises Programme Management Best Practice What you’ll need to have Ideally have completed (or working towards) MSP practitioner or similar (e.g. APM practitioner). Experience working in complex change programmes, such as organisation design, culture, process or systems changes Experience working in the broader field of project, programme and portfolio management and strategic planning Ability to work with a range of senior stakeholders and can communicate clearly at all levels.
