Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, Depending on level of experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

We have an exciting role for an experienced buyer to join a friendly growing E-Commerce business.
This company has an excellent heritage and stock 1000’s of specialist products for both the business and consumer markets.
Working within a team of 3, this position will see you support the Commercial & Operations Manager to undertake the purchasing of a wide range of products from the company’s catalogue of products lines along with sourcing specific products for customer requirements. The role will see you providing reports and spread sheets to undertake forecasting, analysing of pricing trends and making sure they are comparable within the market.

Key responsibilities within this role will include:
• Purchasing products for both stock and customer demands / specific requests
• Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating prices, delivery schedules and product ranges
• Resolving problems and issues arising from purchase of products
• Managing an understanding of each supplier’s capabilities and current capacity
• Processing requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement products
The successful applicant will possess:
• Previous experience of Buying / Purchasing / Procurement within a finished multi product environment
• Ability to source and build relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Experience and knowledge of forecasting and trend analysis
• Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
• Good decision-making skills
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
