This is a rare opportunity to join the fantastic teaching team at Etchells. We wish to appoint an excellent teacher to initially join our UKS2 team in January 2025. We are looking for someone who:
is an outstanding Key Stage 2 teacher, dedicated to providing an inclusive, nurturing environment and is fully committed to the Etchells Core Values
is inspiring, self-motivated and innovative
has high expectations of all children and is skilled in approaching Teaching and Learning through a mixed ability approach
works collaboratively to plan an exciting and enquiry based curriculum in KS2
is passionate about learning, demonstrates a good level of understanding of Metacognition and Growth Mindset and is keen to develop their own learning as a practitioner
can communicate effectively with parents, colleagues and governors
