Senior Technical Account Manager required for an award winning Microsoft partner, based near Preston.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
* Hold regular account review meetings to analyze customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
* Understand client needs and roadmap future solutions.
* Manage existing portfolio and develop key accounts.
* Attract new business opportunities to grow your portfolio and pipeline.
* Upsell, cross-sell, and develop accounts to ensure maximum profitability.
* Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Negotiate new contracts and payment terms.
* Build, manage, and forecast a solid 3-month pipeline.
* Liaise with Service Delivery team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Skills:
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A good work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to develop your skills.
* A solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital and cloud-based technologies.
* Experience managing SME customers.
* Passion for working within the Telecoms & IT Sector, ideally with previous sales experience in this environment.
* Knowledge of Cloud Services, Microsoft and Linux technologies, VOIP & Unified Communications.
* Confidence in selling Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki products.
* Previous Technical Account Management experience with a demonstrable understanding of the sales process.
* Ability to project manage bigger projects from presales to implementation.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.
* Full UK driving license.
* Familiarity with CRM systems to build and manage pipelines effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, Ability, and other quoting platforms is essential for sucess in this role..
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary ranging up to £60,000 basic per year, with uncapped commission.
