Project Coordinator - Community Rehabilitation
GBP26,781 (GBP44,636 FTE)
Part time, 21 hours per week
Permanent contract
London based office with the option of hybrid working in the office and from home
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated and well-organised Project Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running and delivery of our Right to Rehab and Network of Exercise Professionals campaign work.
You will support the day-to-day work of one of our busy and influential areas at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and coordinate progress reports, diaries, partner communications and meetings, event organisation and quarterly updates from all four UK countries.
This role is a key point of contact for Community Rehabilitation Alliance (CRA) members, CSP staff and other internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the community rehabilitation campaign, including responding to, and triaging enquiries, providing advice, guidance and assistance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be very organised, able to develop positive relationships with CSP colleagues and alliance members and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative.
First-class communication and administration skills with a strong team ethic are also essential, as is a successful track record of campaign, project or office management and the ability to coordinate and support work, often to tight and conflicting timescales.
Why work for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy?
The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is the professional, educational and trade union body for the UK's 65,000 chartered physiotherapists, physiotherapy students and support workers; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.
At the CSP, our goal is to create a culture characterised by innovation, respect, encouragement, passion and teamwork. We all strive for continuous improvement and to be the best at everything we do. We aspire to work in a way that embodies our values of learning, courage, inclusivity and integrity.
We offer an excellent benefits package, including 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), Christmas office closure between 25 December to 01 January and generous pension scheme with 12% employer contribution.
The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves.
To enable our employees to balance their individual, family and work-life, we would be happy to discuss flexible working arrangements with shortlisted candidates (subject to business needs).
