We are currently looking for a Project Assistant to act as a key organisational support role to the Integration Director of this growing Travel Division of two recently merged Travel Management Companies (Good Travel Management and CT Travel Group) that overnight have turned into an £85m turnover company, with ambitious growth plans.
This is a brand-new role that will report into the Integration Director and support in facilitating project execution and help across a range of tasks including administrative support, scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, assisting with communication and ensuring projects run smoothly and to plan.

The Role
* Assist in the planning, organising, and managing of projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
* Work side by side with the Integration Director to deliver on a wide variety of projects across our business.
* Manage and organise diary, schedule appointments and meetings.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner including replying on behalf when applicable.
* Flag key emails and help to prioritise.
* Keep project management tools up to date.
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
* Maintain filing of emails and documents.
* Track project progress, update documentation, and report on key milestones.
* Facilitate communication between project members and ensure clear understanding of project objectives.
* Identify potential issues and escalate them to the Integration Director.
* Attend meetings, take minutes and action points, and keep systems up to date.
What we are looking for:
* Several years’ experience in an administrative role, with exposure to project management responsibilities.
* Demonstrable ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
* Outstanding attention to detail, with excellent proofreading skills and a knack for spotting the small things others might miss.
* Skilled at task switching and remaining calm under pressure.
* Experienced in diary and inbox management.
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the business.
* Proven experience in minute taking and creating action points.
* Exceptional Office 365 skills including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
* A practical common-sense approach to problem solving and the ability to take initiative.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies.
* Flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn.
* High levels of discretion, confidentiality and integrity.
* Professional demeanour with excellent time management and punctuality.
* Prince2 qualification would be desirable or willing to undertake.
