We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy customer focused Estates department.
You will support a proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, by being innovate the approach to planned and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department.
The post holder requires flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern.
Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The shifts are 5.45am-1.45pm or 1.45pm-9.45pm and are rotated between the team. Whilst your main days of work will be Monday-Friday, you will be required to work an occasional weekend to cover events such as open days.
