The successful candidate will be responsible for leading & supporting the day-to-day Credit Control Team activities, ensuring the team are able and empowered to deliver KPIs / Targets. We require a strong and clear communicator, who can provide coaching to enable team members to enhance their knowledge and mitigate any single point of failure, and who can simplify and resolve complexities. They will work closely with the Regional Credit Manager in supporting the delivery of the Accounts Receivable Strategic Road Map for their area of expertise.
Additionally, this role requires ability to identify cross team learning opportunities to improve the overall client experience and enhance the ability for 'right first time' processing. As a Leadership Role, the holder should have a passion for people, guiding the team to achieve their objectives as to demonstrate the delivery of the world class customer service.

Working alongside the Regional Credit Manager to deliver team strategic targets, coaching and guiding the team on day-to-day operations through ledger reviews and other ad-hoc activities
Leading regular 1-2-1's with team members reviewing objectives and development plans that are set and supporting team members development
Organise resource to ensure effective ledger management
Escalate non-payers to RCM, internal colleagues, or Trade Debt Partner as appropriate
Monitor and adjust bad debt provision as appropriate
Keep key stakeholders engaged and informed by providing reports and attending meetings
Hearing the voice of our internal and external customers and acting on this feedbackExperience
Previous leadership experience either through teams or projects
Extensive end to end collections experience is essential
Communicating with, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Providing coaching, feedback and developing people
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrate strong organisational & time management skillsQualifications
