Working closely with the MD and senior management team the role will operate as part of the wider global HR forum. There will be a high degree of autonomy to provide the UK sites with what they need from a HR perspective.

The ideal candidate should ideally be CIPD Level 5 or above or hold a degree in HR, Business Administration (or related field) as well as proven experience at HR Manager/HRBP level, you should possess a deep understanding of HR practices and employment law. Sector experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Logistics needed.
