As our new Department Head, you will lead the Automated NDT delivery team managing key customer interfaces while delivering projects at base and occasionally on site. This role, in collaboration with the other Department Heads, is focussed on managing and resourcing the business activities and reports to the Head of NDT.
If you are a people person, with business savvy underpinned by legacy knowledge in NDT, the energy industry and associated technologies then this is the role for you. Experience in automated NDT is beneficial. You'll need to be prepared to be security cleared to facilitate working on nuclear power plants in the UK and elsewhere as required.
With a proven record working in a similar role, you will provide coaching and guidance to support the development and training of the team and will support the on-boarding of new staff as we grow our team to meet the needs of the future. Being educated to degree level is beneficial.
