About You The successful candidate will be an ambitious, proactive researcher with a strong background in wellbeing, mental health, or related fields, ideally with experience in higher education contexts. They will hold a good honours degree and possess a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, demonstrating their ability to engage with complex research topics. The candidate will have proven experience in mixed-method research, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, and a track record of conducting systematic literature reviews. They will have a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality research outputs, such as published papers, and contribute to developing funding proposals for future research initiatives. Given the collaborative nature of the HealthyMindEd project, the successful candidate will excel in teamwork and communication, working closely with research partners across Europe. They will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They should also be adept at writing reports and presenting research findings to diverse audiences, including project stakeholders, steering committees, and funding bodies. The candidate will be comfortable using qualitative research tools and systematic review software and will have proficiency in quantitative analysis software. Above all, the ideal candidate will be passionate about improving digital wellbeing in higher education and committed to contributing to a healthier teaching and learning environment. They will have a strong drive to make a meaningful impact on both academic research and the broader community, demonstrating the ability to lead and adapt in a fast-changing field.
