Would you like to work for a well-renowned company which offers upskilling and training? \n\nRandstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a national Facilities Management company to find a multiskilled Engineer with commercial experience to carry out a variety of maintenance throughout the site.\n\nLocation: Edinburgh (mobile)\n\nSalary: Competitive salary up to £40,000 \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time, permanent\n\nKey benefits:\n\nReward programme & employee assistance programme\nAnnual leave and bank holidays\nOvertime hours available\nGenerous pension scheme\nTraining and development courses\nLife assuranceKey Responsibilities:\n\nReact to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's\nTechnical awareness of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etc\nTest and diagnose power quality issues\nUnderstand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M's\nMonitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly\nDetermine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrenceQualifications and Requirements:\n\n18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations\nExperience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use\nFM experience advantageous\nHealth & Safety Qualified i.e.
