About You About The Role As a Sales Development Representative you’ll play a crucial role in penetrating IDHL’s top target accounts, with a focus on strategic retail, travel and financial services businesses. You’ll combine research, strategy and ingenuity to identify and reach key decision makers, cutting thorough inbox noise in a crowded market. Key Responsibilities Will Include: Partnering with and supporting the Commercial Director and Business Director to build and execute Account Based Marketing plans through detailed research, org mapping, and personalised outreach to drive new pipeline Crafting highly customised, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive interest in our target verticals Finding creative ways to gain access to key decision-makers through fostering prospect relationships, attending networking events, and supporting with content distribution Working with marketing on specific awareness and thought leadership campaigns to drive brand awareness and interest About You: Some sales experience, preferably in a client-facing business development role at a fast-growth company Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal A creative thinker Analytical, detail-oriented, metrics-driven and organised Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: enjoys working independently Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of IDHL in formal and informal settings Passionate & entrepreneurial self-starter This is a hybrid working position. The successful applicant will be expected to work from our London office an average of three days per week.
