NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE HRIS ANALYTICS MANAGER
The HRIS Analytics Manager will oversee the administration, development, and optimization of the company's Human Resource Analytics and reporting areas. This role will involve expert level PowerBI skills to pull data from ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, ADP Recruiting, Halo Ticket Systems data and others to provide both company and affiliate level reporting, and Department level KPI's, while supporting reporting for MDM, Security and audits for all HRIS Systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, collaborate on other system projects and initiatives like automation and AI to support the HRIS Team and onboarding new affiliates into our HR Shared Service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Power BI Development and Reporting:
* Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports in Power BI.
* Ensure HR data is accurately represented and presented in an actionable format.
* Lead the automation of recurring reports and establish near real-time reporting capabilities for all HR metrics.
* Deliver and share reports with all stakeholders.
* HR Data Analysis:
* Analyze HR data to provide insights on key metrics, such as turnover, employee engagement, recruitment, and workforce demographics.
* Use Power BI to visualize trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and performance.
* Conduct data audits to ensure the integrity of the reports and accuracy of HR data.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
* Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on HR metrics and trends.
* Collaborate with HRIS teams to integrate data sources and enhance reporting functionality.
* Data Governance and Quality:
* Ensure data governance and accuracy in all reports and dashboards by implementing validation checks and routine data audits.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to enforce data standards and maintain a single source of truth for HR data.
* HR Analytics and Business Intelligence:
* Lead HR analytics initiatives by transforming raw data into actionable insights for business decisions.
* Use Power BI to create predictive models and forecasts for workforce planning and talent management.
* Drive the use of business intelligence in HR, supporting decision-making processes with data-driven recommendations.
* Training and Support:
* Provide training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on how to use Power BI dashboards and interpret the reports.
* Ensure that report users are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to access and leverage HR data effectively.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR reporting and analytics, enhancing efficiency and the quality of outputs.
* Stay up to date with the latest Power BI functionalities and industry best practices in HR reporting and business intelligence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, OR equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR reporting, with at least 3 years of experience using Power BI.
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.
* Proven track record of building complex HR dashboards and reports that provide clear business insights.
* Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and data management.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and present insights to senior management.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience pulling data from ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, and ADP Recruiting Manager.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems, data privacy regulations, and business intelligence trends.
* Certification in Power BI or other analytics-related platforms.
