We have an amazing clinical multi-disciplinary team comprising of GPs, ANPs, Diabetic Specialist Nurses, Treatment Room and Practice Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists. We also have Care Co-ordinators, Social Prescribing Link Workers and GPA Assistants, as well as a large administrative team comprising of secretaries, performance, compliance and GP administrators helping to support our patients to ensure we deliver the best service we possibly can. Our Friends and Family Test consistently exceeds over 80% on a monthly basis with a high response rate, which we are extremely proud of. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of healthcare needs in a primary care setting. They will work with clinical colleagues to ensure high standards of care are provided for all patients and undertake duties such as face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, prescribing, clinical audits, contribute to practice meetings, training and home visits.
