1to1 group are looking for a finance manager to join a privately owned company in the beautiful countryside near Ropley. The hours are 8.30-17.00 Monday to Friday including a 30 minute lunch break.
Responsibilities:
1. Working in a small team to oversee the finance function reporting to FD. This would suit an individual who is looking to step up and lead the accounts team, to provide accurate financial reporting and management information.
2. Month end management accounts and cashflow forecasting.
3. Monthly VAT returns.
4. Preparation of information for external accountants for statutory accounts.
Requirements:
1. Remote location so requires a full driving licence with access to a car.
2. Interest in agriculture and farming with a love for the countryside.
3. Payroll experience, currently in house.
4. Seeking a qualified or similar experience individual – ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
5. Previous payroll experience, Excel essential and Xero would be an advantage.
6. Some previous experience of managing staff and delegating tasks.
7. Knowledgeable in preparation of statutory accounts and experience of implementing processes to ensure timely month end reporting.
