As part of our commitment to the NYC Commercial Waste Zone (CWZ) program, we are dedicated to providing top-notch waste and recycling services. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Customer Support:Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism, providing accurate information about our services, including schedules and procedures for trash and recycling collection.
* Issue Resolution:Utilize tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho billing system, Optimo Route, and Vonage phone system to investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
* Data Management:Perform accurate data entry, maintain customer records in our CRM system, and ensure data cleanliness.
* Driver Coordination:Monitor driver routes through Optimo Route software and provide timely updates to customers regarding service status.
* Training & Compliance:Engage in ongoing training to master company systems and adhere to regulatory requirements, enhancing service delivery.
* Process Improvement:Actively contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience:Minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within logistics, waste management, or a related field.
* Technical Skills:Proficiency in Zoho CRM, billing systems, and familiarity with route optimization tools like Optimo Route.
* Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively.
* Organisation:Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
* Tech Savvy:Comfortable with cloud-based systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
* Availability:Must be available to work during specified Eastern Time hours and for occasional team meetings or training sessions.
