We have an exciting role available in Gloucester within a bespoke mental health rehabilitation service dedicated to promoting mental wellness and facilitating successful transitions towards independent living within the community.
This role offers a yearly salary of £48,000 - £50,000. As a Clinical Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape and develop the clinical offering. You'll also be part of a multidisciplinary team crafting personalised care packages for our service users.
This award winning service is an open mental health rehabilitation service tailored for adult male service users. Located in Falfield, South Gloucestershire, near Bristol, the facility is set within its own expansive grounds, offering an idyllic rural environment for individuals transitioning from extended stays within inpatient environments.
As a Clinical Lead, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Ensuring high clinical quality and safety standards.
* Managing and utilising the nursing team effectively.
* Providing supervision, guidance, and advice to the team.
* Supporting strategic development of services at an operational level.
* Leading meetings with service users, carers, and wider health teams.
* Working in partnership with the therapeutic team to deliver a recovery-focused clinical and therapeutic service.

The Ideal Clinical Lead Candidate Should Have
* A valid NMC Pin as a Mental Health Practitioner.
* Experience working in Forensic Services or registered as a Forensic Practitioner (desirable).
* Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice and understanding of support and rehabilitative models.
* Two years of significant management experience working with people with complex mental health needs.
* A minimum of 2 years experience of clinical practice post qualification.
* Strong IT skills and effective interpersonal skills.
