About Us:
ActiveReality (AR) are the pioneers of active location-based Virtual Reality (VR) and Virtual Reality eSports leagues.
Role Overview:
As a Games Master, you are the face of Active Reality, ensuring every player has an unforgettable experience. You’ll manage our arenas, maintain tech in our venues, and provide top-notch customer service. This role also supports our marketing efforts and involves testing the latest gaming hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure every customer has the best experience and goes home raving to their friends.
* Bring energy and quick problem-solving to every session.
* Manage other Games Masters and be the first point of contact for any issues.
* Maintain our existing games rooms, ensuring they are ready for customers and up to high COVID standards.
* Schedule Games Master rotas.
* Interact with customers, ensuring everything is taken care of and training them on equipment usage.
* Manage customer issues professionally and timely.
* Interact with partners (venue owners) to ensure strong relationships and resolve issues quickly.
* Support marketing and promotional activities.
* Test new gaming hardware and software.
* Act as the first point of technical support between suppliers, venues, and customers.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in providing a great customer experience.
* Experience with IT and ability to quickly learn new hardware and software.
* Interest or passion for gaming.
* Some experience in marketing or promotional activity (Digital Marketing or CRM experience is a bonus).

* Confident, outgoing, and personable; able to be the face of our business.
* Positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
* Independent, autonomous problem solver who can generate new ideas.
* Flexible, willing to work early starts, late evenings, and weekends as part of the founding team.
