Our client is an ultra-high net worth individual who is big into philanthropy and the arts, and she is looking for a family PA to be based in London. The role will predominantly be split between managing her properties in central London and supporting her with diary and travel management. She is often travelling so her PA needs to be happy working autonomously and being proactive. As a result, this role would suit someone who has previous experience supporting a HNWI or family before. Support will also be extended to her adult children and husband. Duties will include but not be limited to:
Household Management:
* Oversee the management of the London residences and daily household operations.
* Supervise London household staff, including rota management, HR tasks, and overall staff coordination.
* Coordinate services by liaising with suppliers, contractors, and household service providers to ensure smooth operation and functionality of all systems.
* Manage visitors and guests at the London residence, ensuring staff are informed of arrivals, departures, and specific requirements in advance.
Diary & Schedule Management:
* Maintain a meticulously organised and dynamic calendar, managing appointments, travel arrangements, and reservations.
Travel Management:
* Plan and coordinate extensive global travel for the Principal and family members, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage last-minute changes.
* Arrange itineraries, accommodation, visas, ground transportation, and staff logistics.
Event Coordination:
* Manage the organisation and coordination of logistics for private events and family gatherings at the London residence.
Financial Oversight:
* Monitor household budgets and expenses.
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments as required.
This role will be based at her main central London home initially 5 days per week, but with the view to move to hybrid working after the 6 months probationary period is complete. A minimum of 5 years + solid, private PA experience managing properties and supporting a HNWI is essential and this role would suit someone with a mature outlook, who can work independently.
