Job Title: Programme Manger - SalesForce Location: UK Remote Salary/Rate: £600-£700 Start Date: 7th February 2025 Job Type: Contract Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1. Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation programmes for public sector and financial services clients, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. 2. Manage complex Salesforce implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimizations for clients, considering sector-specific requirements such as regulatory compliance and data privacy. 3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while proactively managing any risks or issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle. 4. Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth delivery, with a focus on delivering business outcomes and client satisfaction. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: 1. Strong experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) for public sector or financial services clients. 2. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable. 3. Familiarity with sector-specific Salesforce solutions such as Financial Services Cloud or Government Cloud is a plus. 4.Manage programme risks, addressing challenges such as integration complexities, legacy system migration, and data security. Desirable Skills/Experience Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client: 1. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and the ability to lead projects with a flexible approach. 2. Experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, and developers, providing coaching and fostering team growth. 3. Ability to manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring teams are aligned with client needs and project priorities. 4. Strong ability to engage with senior leaders, including C-level executives, policymakers, and key decision-makers within public sector and financial services organizations.
