Play an important part in our journey As one of our HR Assistants, you’ll be a key member of our team, looking after approx 8,000 employees in the UK across multiple depots and departments. Your role is all about delivering the very best service to our people, providing a positive employee experience across all areas along the full employee lifecycle, from hire to retire including changes to terms and conditions of employment and employee relations support. You’ll be responsible for producing a range of letters and contracts to a high standard, working across multiple dashboards and shared mailboxes, prioritising effectively to ensure our SLA’s are met. The HR Services team plays a role in many business projects, so you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the outcome of business projects. As part of our HR Transformation programme over the next few years, we’re creating a self-service culture that will make our managers' lives easier. We’re doing this by introducing new technology that will reduce manual administration and create efficiencies, enabling our teams to focus on activities that add value.
