Art Teacher We are working closely with a Secondary School in Milton Keynes to recruit an Art Teacher as soon as possible. Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Start date: January 2025 Contract: Part-time 0.6 (3 days per week) on a temporary contract to April 2025 Pay : £143-211 (MPS1 - UPS1 for Qualified Teachers), paid as a daily rate equivalent through us then salary directly offered with school if taken on permanently The role would involve teaching Art GCSE and some A level ideally across Year 7 to Year 13, delivering the Art syllabus. This position would be best for an experienced Qualified Art Teacher who would be happy to commit part time from January. Could this be you? Do you demonstrate: PGCE Qualification specialising in Art, Design or subject in the related field Excellent knowledge of Art GCSE and A Level syllabus Excellent understanding of teaching Secondary age pupils A 'can do' and positive attitude to inspire pupils An ability to motivate and inspire, whilst using your own initiative Passion for Art Willingness to learn and support others Patient and friendly attitude High levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.
